Hello, my name is Rajesh Relan. I’m the web and art director for Nightingale Home Healthcare. Nightingale Home Healthcare provides nursing and similar services to people in their homes.
We have offices in 11 different states everywhere, and there’s just one IT team in the main headquarters. The goal of the company was to go paperless.
However, being on the phone and discussing issues constantly was overwhelming for our small IT team.
So, we started the IT ticketing system that field workers can use to file a request. Tickets would be assigned and they would get notifications. Everything went to these simple submission forms and search forms we have on the Caspio platform.
