The company’s reminder system effectively utilized client and pet data but turning it into a fully functional, user-friendly platform presented a challenge. Traditional development methods were quickly ruled out due to high costs and the need for advanced programming expertise. “Building an app from scratch would have required significant resources,” Hall says. “We needed a simpler, faster solution.”

Educational content is another key focus. “We want to go beyond reminders and health records,” says Hall. “Videos from vets explaining preventive care would make the app even more engaging and empower pet owners with knowledge to support their pets’ well-being.” 

In addition to new features, the team is also working on expanding the app’s reach. “We know our solution outperforms others, but we need to ensure more clinics know about us,” Hall adds, stressing the app’s ability to improve pet owner satisfaction and deliver measurable results for clinics.
