Licensee may request individual Caspio Platform accounts for the course instructor(s) and enrolled students and may use the Caspio Platform solely in support of classroom instruction for students receiving credit for their classroom work. Deployment of DataPages on websites other than the university’s domains is strictly prohibited unless the deployment to a third-party website(s) is requisite of the student receiving classroom credit for his or her work.
The use of the Caspio Platform for commercial or any other purposes is expressly prohibited.
Licensee shall comply with Caspio’s Terms of Use, Privacy Statement, and Acceptable Use Policy and take reasonable measures to prevent (i) use of the Caspio Platform in an inappropriate manner or (ii) access to the Caspio Platform by unauthorized users.
The license granted is valid for one year from date of this Agreement but can be cancelled or revoked at any time by Caspio. Licensee may renew its license for another year by submitting a written request to Caspio thirty (30) days prior to license expiration.
At Caspio’s request, Licensee agrees to provide a testimonial on the Caspio website or participate in other marketing activities that may include the use of their name, logo, graphic, sound or image in Caspio marketing materials.

Faculty and students may register and attend any of Caspio’s published instructor-led, web-based training courses posted at https://www.caspio.com/training/.
By applying, you certify that the submitted information is complete and accurate. You also understand that use of the Caspio Platform for any purpose other than the specific educational use described will constitute a violation of the software license and this Agreement, and will result in forfeiture of any special educational discount offer such that your institution will be charged the full purchase price of the Caspio Platform.
